Built on

and water.

I'm an entrepreneur based in Jakarta with a background in design and economics — two ways of seeing the same problem: one through structure and form, the other through incentives and markets.

I bring both to the industries that move Indonesia: raw materials, heavy industry, and the logistics that tie them together. Unglamorous sectors that, designed well, compound quietly over time.

My role is to find these opportunities, build the teams, and run operations with discipline. Two companies so far — and a long view on what comes next.

— 03 / HOW I WORK

A Few Things
I Believe

i.

Design the system, not the deal

A background in design taught me to see structure; economics taught me to see incentives. The best businesses are well-designed systems where the incentives line up on their own.

ii.

Form follows margin

Good design isn't decoration — it's clarity, efficiency, and removing what doesn't earn its place. The same discipline that makes a layout work makes a business profitable.

iii.

Indonesia is the opportunity

A young, industrializing economy of 270 million. The fundamentals point one way for decades — and the returns belong to those who build the infrastructure beneath the growth.

Always open to good people and good deals.
